Forest Maki

Expertly formed double rolled rice bound with a strip of seaweed and a delicious filling of ebi tempura, prawn and crabmeat. Rivered with Chef’s Tiger Tail dressing, and topped with Japanese Katsuobushi flakes.
Accompanied by slices of lemon, soothing cherry tomato, a bouquet of pink ginger slivers, a caution of wasabi with a slice of lime and edible paenji blossoms.

Lobster Log

Flavoured rice wrapped around lobster, crabmeat and rolled in Irish organic seaweed flakes. Topped with mayonnaise and masago. With slivers of pink ginger, a wedge of lemon, a caution of wasabi, an astral of carrot and a shard of cucumber.

Atlantic Maki

Whole piece of lobster, salmon, prawn and octopus stuffed into a roll with flavoured rice. Sprinkled with Masago.
Covered in Chef’s Double Sauce.

Tuna Party Maki

Fresh Tuna draped over rolls of seasoned rice, yellow radish, cucumber pieces and avocado.
Bound with seaweed strips.
Crowned with spring onion and dressed with Chef’s signature. Crowned with Picante Sauce. and decorated with edible paenji blossoms.

Salmon Party Maki

Salmon, cucumber, yellow radish, avocado and flavoured rice, rolled and bound with seaweed strips. Salmon draped over also.
Drizzled with Chef’s Double sauce, and crowned with Masago.  Dressed with edible paenji blossoms.

Mango Salmon Maki

Maki rolls stuffed with flavoured rice, cucumber, yellow radish and fresh salmon bound in strips of seaweed and wrapped in an outer roll of fresh mango and fresh salmon. Served with a salmon rose on the side and dressed with Chef’s "Mango-Mak" sauce.

Doubled prawns - inside and out!
Avocado and seasoned rice bound in strips of seaweed with double sauce on the top.
Dressed with edible paenji blossoms.

The Power Bowl

Sliced eel, egg, yellow radish, crab and edamame (green soy bean). Sprinkled with sesame seeds and served with a side bowl of Japanese rice drizzled with Chef’s power sauce.
